A-F Letter Grading on Every Listing
We grade the level of risk based on number of factors including risks based on Pricing, Era of construction, inspection shortcomings,  environmental risks and more.
 

Resale & Flip Detection
We use several metrics to detect when a home is likely a "Flip" and point out details which can be used to negotiate a better deal. Flipped properties can also hide poor quality of work making inspections a critical step.

Other apps use "DOM" or Days on Market - This metric is reset when a property is removed and then re-listed.  ListingRisk shows how long it's REALLY been for sale by the current owner.
